Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lumineszenzkollektor mit mindestens einer photonischen Struktur und mindestens einem lumineszenten Material, der eine ein- oder zweidimensionale Fuehrung der Lumineszenzstrahlung erlaubt. Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung ein Solarzellenmodul, das einen derartigen Lumineszenzkonzentrator sowie mindestens eine mit diesem gekoppelte Solarzelle aufweist.

 

DE 102009019940 A1 UPAB: 20101130 NOVELTY - The collector has photonic structures (2, 2') in an emission region of a luminescence material in reflective properties and in an absorption region of the luminescence material in transparent properties. The luminescence material is arranged in a dot-shaped, channel-shaped, or layer-shaped luminescence region (3), which is arranged between the photonic structures. Luminescence radiation is one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally directed to an edge of the collector, and is not directed into other spatial directions. Solar cells (4, 4') stand in contact with the luminescence region. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The luminescence material is selected from a transparent glass, glass ceramic material, and crystal. The solar cells are selected from one of indium gallium phosphide type solar cell, gallium arsenide type solar cell, germanium type solar cell, indium gallium arsenide type solar cell, cadmium telluride type solar cell, cadmium selenide type solar cell, copper indium sulfur type solar cell, copper indium gallium diselenide type solar cell, dye-sensitized solar cell, organic solar cell, III-IV semi-conductor type solar cell, and II-IV semi-conductor type solar cell. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a solar cell module comprising solar cells. USE - Luminescence collector for use in a solar cell module (claimed) for guiding of light for creative work, for clothes, for daylight use, for illuminating a room, for assisting growth of organic material i.e. living organism e.g. animal, plant, and algas, for assisting chemical process, for signal transmission, for detecting electromagnetic radiation, for use as optical switch, and for amplifying a signal (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The collector is designed such that it allows improved concentration of the luminescence, and is easy to use.
