Abstract
EP 2255958 A2 UPAB: 20101213 NOVELTY - The form body comprises a matrix made of a material such as metal, ceramics and polymer plastic, and coupling particles (C) embedded in the matrix, where a part of the surface of the form body and/or a surface of the form body is completely processed in a geometrical form or a regular pattern or the total surface of the form body is mechanically processed. The matrix of polymer plastic matrix and the form body are mechanically processed so that a part of the particle is partially covered by the plastic matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The form body comprises a matrix made of a material such as metal, ceramics and polymer plastic, and coupling particles (C) embedded in the matrix, where a part of the surface of the form body and/or a surface of the form body is completely processed in a geometrical form or a regular pattern or the total surface of the form body is mechanically processed. The matrix of polymer plastic matrix and the form body are mechanically processed so that a part of the particle is partially covered by the plastic matrix, where the mechanical processing is carried out through grinding, milling and/or sand blasting. The form body is impermeable for water, where 1% of a surface of the form body is mechanically processed. The form body is mechanically processed so that a part of the particle juts from the surface plain of the form body and partially exposes. The coupling particle consists of a material such as metal oxide, ceramics, glass and plastic with increased melting temperature as the matrix material and/or the coupling particle is covered in the area by the matrix. The coupling particles are partially surface modified for improving the coupling characteristics of biomolecules (A). The form body is produced by injection molding process, extrusion, hot stamping, stamping or form casting and subsequent mechanical processing. The form body comprises biomolecules coupled on its surface. The biomolecules are coupled to greater than or equal to 99% on the coupling particles over complexing or covalent manner. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for the production of a form body. USE - Form body useful as sensor, biochip, to diagnostic purposes for immunological detection method, as bioreactor or component of bioreactor for laboratory-on-the-clip- use, for cleaning of mixture having biomolecules, for testing substances on pollution, for producing biocatalytic and/or bioactive surface, to cell culture purpose, for cell-biological and immunological investigation of biofunctionalized form body, and for the production of implants or biofunctionalizing medicine product(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The form body can be manufactured with improved mechanical stability and thermal conductivity.
