Abstract
Fast food restaurants represent a special type of buildings, mainly because of their usage profile which has big impact on the energy consumption of the building.
For this building different measures at mainly the ventilation and the heating system, but also at the lighting system, the building components and the electricity production have been calculated and opposed to the investment costs and the decreased operating costs. The goal was to reduce the primary energy and the CO2-emissions.
The paper will present the different Stepps and the necessary measures and costs to reach the building level of being emission neutral.
