Measuring the quality of a microwave resonator coupled with a drifting InSb-plasma
Abstract
The paper contains a description of a test setup for measuring the quality of a microwave resonator at temperatures between 5 and 300K. The resonator is coupled with a drifting InSb plasma which changes the centre frequency and the quality of the resonator. For temperatures below 55K the quality grows with small electric fields.
