Abstract
(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur mechanischen Charakterisierung von Produktionsmaschinen fuer sproed-brechende Materialien, bei dem anhand von mechanischen Festigkeitsmessungen von strukturell vorgeschaedigten Referenzkoerpern und einer Bestimmung der Spannungen im Bereich der Schaedigung eine mechanische Charakterisierung derartiger Produktionsanlagen ermoeglicht wird.
DE 102008051037 A1 UPAB: 20100428 NOVELTY - The method involves producing reference bodies using fracturable material, where the material selected from a group consisting of semiconductor wafer i.e. silicon wafer, solar cell and ceramic material, is used as the fracturable material. Structural damages targeted into a part of the reference bodies are realized so as to purposefully influence the firmness distribution of the reference bodies. Processing of each reference body is performed in a production machine. Evaluation of maximally occurring stresses in an area of the damages takes place by statistical firmness distribution. USE - Method for mechanical characterization of a production machine that is utilized for production of a solar cell and a semiconductor wafer i.e. silicon wafer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables testing of production machines in large-scale in a simple manner, so that the determination of whether loads on the material lie in a defined firmness specification is achieved by the respective production machine.
