Abstract
An optical coherent ten-channel distribution system with bit rates of 70 Mbit/s (nine channels) and 1.13 Gbit/s (one channel), corresponding to a TV and HDTV digital signal is reported. Each channel can be received by a tunable heterodyne receiver with a bit error rate of 10-9.
