Abstract
This book is a collection of the scientific contributions to the International Scientific eLearning Baltics Conference, the so-called eLBa Science. Furthermore, it contains the abstracts of two keynotes as well as of all eLBa Business workshops. The eLearning Baltics conference addresses diverse topics and perspectives, technologies and theories, implementations and evaluations of eLearning from the fields of computer science, education, psychology and design. eLBa 2010 covered different aspects of teaching and learning with digital media in various settings such as classroom, university, workplace, home or mobile environments.
