Abstract
Manufacturing in networks is not an entirely new phenomenon. Almost all companies are linked to a network in one way or another, as suppliers, partners or customers. The novel aspect of a network is that the complete value chain is optimised, including the potential of all participating enterprises. This paper describes four types of corporate neoworks each with its own co-operation structure, advantages and disadvantages as well as potential for optimisation.
