Management of Meta-Processes

In a study of the Fraunhofer ISI (2002) nearly 60% of the over 1.400 participant enterprises apply CIP, however the used CIP potential amounts for only scarce 40% at those companies. To improve this sustainability was developed at the Fraunhofer IPA in a research work the 3 levels 9 phases model the including an assessment model. In the context of this event is the 3 levels 9 phases model introduced, with all its facets, as well as the details and basic conditions of the compound project starting in the autumn 2002.
