Präventive Arbeitsgestaltung und nachhaltige Unternehmensentwicklung

Angesichts der turbulenten Bedingungen auf den internationalen Märkten erfordert die erfolgreiche Bewältigung der arbeitsweltlichen Herausforderungen eine verstärkte Förderung der Humanressourcen durch eine präventive Gestaltung der Arbeitsbedingungen. Obwohl in ihrer Bedeutung häufig noch verkannt, kann die präventive Arbeitsgestaltung durch eine Förderung des humanen Leistungsvermögens und durch eine Verlustkontrolle über den gesamten Arbeitsprozess zu einer nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung beitragen. Entscheidend für die Nutzung der Erfolgspotenziale der präventiven Arbeitsgestaltung ist die Orientierung an betrieblichen Zielen und Prozessen. Anhand zweier Unternehmensbeispiele wird aufgezeigt, dass gegenwärtig eine entsprechende Umorientierung erfolgt.

In light of the turbulent conditions on the international markets, the successful management of occupational challenges requires an increased support of human resources by implementing a preventative structuring of working conditions. Although its importance is still frequently not recognized, preventive workstructuring can contribute to a lasting enterprise development by encouraging the hiuman work potential and by controlling losses within the entire worksphere. The decisive factor in the utilization of the success potential of the preventive work structuring is the orientation on business objectives and processes. Using two businesses as an example, it is shown that a corresponding reorientation is currently taking place.
